What we do
Sambucol is the original black elderberry supplement range, which helps strengthen the immune system to help you and your family stay healthy throughout the year. Sambucol products are sold to consumers via retailers and online direct sales and third-party retailers.

Information we collect
We collect and use personal information about our customers in order to fulfil their orders and supply our products and services. We also use this information to inform customers of future offers and products, subject to us obtaining customer consent, where required.

The information we collect to provide our goods and services includes: customer names, address, email address and payment details. Where you have given your explicit consent to take part in marketing surveys for Sambucol, we will ask for additional ‘sensitive’ information such as your age, gender and lifestyle habits and, in some cases, your health.
