Affiliate Agreement

The website sambucol.ro (“The website”) is owned by Bio Bliss SRL and the expressions “Bio Bliss”, “Bio Bliss SRL”, “we”, “us”, “our” and “ours” mean Bio Bliss SRL, a Romanian company address: Calea Șerban Vodă 288/65, București 040223, phone: 0722-234-605, registration: J40 / 285 / 2009, VAT number: RO 24936550. We can be reached at the address above or by email at[email protected]

This agreement is designed with you in mind, as well as to protect Bio Bliss SRL (/Sambucol Romania) and its customers.

AFFILIATE REGISTRATION:

We review all affiliate registrations, and we appreciate your correct and truthful information. The review process may take a few days, so we appreciate your patience!

If you are approved, you will have a unique referral ID that you can use to promote the Sambucol range of products. Please explore your private Affiliate Area for visits and referrals information, creatives, graphs and more!

1. COMMISSIONS AND PAYOUTS

1.1. Referral link tracking:

We generally pay 15% commission when a customer places an order on sambucol.ro/en/ using your referral link.

We pay our affiliate commissions in the first week of every month. As we have a 14-day money back guarantee, we only pay commissions that are older than 14 days.

1.2. Direct link tracking:

It is possible for you as an affiliate to skip the referral link when you link to our site from your website (how cool is that?!). You can submit a direct link to your own website in the Settings tab of your Affiliate Area. We will review your direct link submission, and if approved, you will no longer need to use a referral link when linking to sambucol.ro directly from your site.

Note: We will only approve websites that are 100% owned by you.

Referral cookie lifetime:

When a potential customer clicks on your referral link, a tracking cookie is stored in their browser. The cookie is then stored for a generous 60 days, to give your referred customers time to decide if they want to make a purchase on <ahref=”http://165.227.154.13/zz/en/”>sambucol.ro

A referral will not be awarded if::

1 The customer uses a different browser to purchase than the one they originally used to visit our site (because the cookie does not exist in that browser);

2. The customer purchases after 60 days (because the cookie will expire).

1.3. Coupon tracking:

We have the capability to connect custom coupons to your account (how cool is that, too?!). For a specific project (initiated by us or mutually agreed on with you), these coupons will be enabled. Anytime the coupon is redeemed, you are awarded a referral, exactly as though the customer had used your referral link. At that time, you can promote sambucol.ro/en/ even verbally (and offer a coupon code!) and receive a commission when a customer uses your coupon code.

Miscellaneous:

• We allow referrals to be generated on your own purchases.
• We do not allow recurring referrals – in other words, a customer needs to use your link again, for you to earn a new commission.

Refunded purchases

If a purchase is refunded, a commission will not be paid out for that referral. We reserve the right to reject affiliate commissions for any reason. Commission rejections may occur for the following reasons:

1. The sale that the referral was based on was refunded
2. The method by which the referral was generated was in violation of our promotional policies (see below) or violated the spirit of the Affiliate Agreement.

2. AFFILIATE NEWS AND UPDATES

As an affiliate, you agree to receive emails from Bio Bliss SRL/Sambucol Romania. These emails will be sent to affiliates only, on an ad-hoc basis, and may include important information regarding our affiliate program. These emails will also provide you with relevant news and updates to help you effectively promote the Sambucol range of products. We will not spam ever!

3. AFFILIATE APPLICATION REJECTION

We reserve the right to reject affiliate applications for any reason. We also reserve the right to choose whether we provide an explanation or reasoning for affiliate application rejection. Below are just a few reasons why an application may be rejected (this is not an exhaustive list):

• Affiliate applications for websites that sell, advertise, or engage in pornography, phishing scams, spamming, illegal business practices, or that include any material infringing on national or international copyright will be rejected.
• Affiliate applications for websites that we do not believe are aligned with our industry or business may be rejected.
• Affiliate applicants with websites that re-sell any of our products will be rejected.
• Any other websites considered inappropriate by us will be rejected.

Inappropriate websites:

The following types of sites are not permitted to become an affiliate: adult sites, sites that display adult material or banners, sites that promote violence, hatred or bigotry, sites that promote or engage in illegal activity. Affiliate applications for inappropriate websites will be rejected, and we reserve the right to choose whether to provide a rejection reason.

Questions regarding your application

When you apply to become an affiliate, we may email you at the email address you have supplied with some questions regarding your application. This may be because:

• We did not understand something in your application, or,
• We would like to learn a bit more about how you will promote the Sambucol range of products and need more detail.

If we reach out to you and we have not heard back within 7 days, your application may be rejected. If your initial application is rejected, you are welcome to reapply to become an affiliate and provide us with more detail for reconsideration.

4. DORMANT AFFILIATE ACCOUNTS

We encourage all our affiliates to actively promote Sambucol Romania’s products to keep earning referrals. If we can help you come up with ideas on how to promote our products, please let us know – we will be happy to brainstorm with you! An affiliate account is considered dormant if no visits have been generated after a 6-month period. A dormant affiliate account will be temporarily deactivated if no visits have been generated after 6 months.

5. AFFILIATE PROGRAM POLICIES

5.1 Allowed and super cool promotional methods:

How you promote sambucol.ro</a is reflected in the commission you earn! We encourage the use of promotional methods that add value and bring legitimate, loyal customers. We love it when our team of affiliates blog about Sambucol Romania’s products.

Here are a few examples of awesome promotional methods to earn more commission:

• Tell clients, customers, or friends about Sambucol Romania’s products, and give them your affiliate referral link (or your direct link or own custom coupon, if available);
• Write a review or a blog post about Sambucol Romania’s products and link to our site with your referral link (or your direct link or own custom coupon, if available);
• Reach out to a broad audience with your social network accounts. Tweet on Twitter, post on Facebook, Instagram or Youtube about us and use your affiliate link, (or own custom coupon, if available). No spam, please!
• Provide value to others by answering related questions on other sites with helpful responses and using your referral link or own custom coupon in your replies.

5.2. Prohibited and super uncool promotional methods:

We love and back our products 100%, and we are careful with how they are promoted & we treasure affiliates who share our values! The prohibited promotional methods listed below are not meant to scare you off – they are here to protect you, us, and our customers from any freaky or fraudulent activity, which is something we take pretty seriously. We know you will understand. Here they are, in writing, just in case you are not totally sure what is and what is not allowed:

• Sambucol Romania’s products may not be promoted on coupon sites . Customers who are searching for a coupon are already in the market for Sambucol products, so this method adds no value to us;
• Any type of spam is prohibited – links, ads, emails, comments… any type of spam. Please respect the posting rules of any 3rd-party websites you use to promote Sambucol Romania’s products </strong. This is not an exhaustive list, so please use common sense.
• Any illegal activity or activity deemed offensive by us is prohibited
• Pretending to be professionally associated Bio Bliss SRL/ Sambucol Romania.
• Affiliates are not employees of of Bio Bliss SRL/ Sambucol Romania and have no employee rights.
• Pretending to be an official Sambucol site.</strong. Cloning or copying our site, using our copyrighted site assets, and pretending that a site created by you is an official Sambucol site is unethical and prohibited.
• False promotion to customers that you are endorsed or operated by Bio Bliss SRL/ Sambucol Romania is prohibited.

If you are unsure or concerned that some activity you are about to proceed with may be considered prohibited, we will be happy to clarify.

5.3. Consequences of not-cool promotional methods

If your promotional methods step outside of these terms, your referrals may be rejected, and we may disable your affiliate account. We reserve the right to do this and may or may not notify you in the instance that this occurs. Please use allowed promotional methods and help us to help you succeed as an affiliate!

5.4. Inappropriate websites

The following types of sites are not permitted to become an affiliate: adult sites, sites that display adult material or banners, sites that promote violence, hatred or bigotry, sites that promote or engage in illegal activity, including (but not limited to), hacking, cracking, nulled, and warez sites. Affiliate applications for inappropriate websites will be rejected, and we reserve the right to choose whether to provide a rejection reason.

6. The super important stuff:

By accepting these terms and conditions you are providing your nonlegal agreement to abide by them. By registering and being approved as an affiliate in our affiliate program you agree that your commissions are subject to approval before they are accepted and subsequently paid.

The affiliate relationship does not represent a professional or formal agreement, and as an affiliate you are not an employee of Bio Bliss SRL/ Sambucol Romania. You agree that this is not a legally binding relationship and as a result may not take legal action against Bio Bliss SRL/ Sambucol Romania. These affiliate terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
